Terms of sale · Puzclic+
Last updated: 2 November 2026. The French version prevails in case of disagreement.
1. Seller
[First Last name], sole trader, [address], SIREN [number], [[email protected]], phone [number]. See the legal notice.
2. Puzclic+
Optional subscription giving access to: bonus picture packs, 2 streak jokers a month, a custom avatar, the full archive, detailed stats, up to 20 private leagues and a badge. The daily game and all special drops (Sunday, monthly, yearly) stay free for everyone. The subscription gives no ranking advantage.
Requirements: a recent browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) or the Puzclic app, and an internet connection. No technical measure limits use, apart from the personal account.
3. Price
€2.99 per month or €19.99 per year, all taxes included. [If VAT-exempt: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI.] A price change only applies from the next period and only after the subscriber has been told, who can cancel before.
4. Ordering
- In the game, choose a plan (monthly or yearly).
- A summary shows the price, automatic renewal and the 14-day period. Tick acceptance of these terms and ask for Puzclic+ to start right away.
- Pay on Stripe's secure page. The final “Subscribe” button means an order with an obligation to pay.
- Puzclic+ starts as soon as payment is accepted, and an email confirms the contract (plan, price, renewal date, links to these terms, cancellation and withdrawal).
5. Payment
By card, through Stripe, a licensed payment provider. The publisher never sees card numbers. Receipts and invoices are sent by Stripe and available from “Manage my subscription”.
6. Duration and renewal
- The subscription lasts one month or one year and renews automatically for the same duration, at the same price unless notified in advance.
- Yearly plan: an email reminds you, between three months and one month before renewal, that you may choose not to renew (French Consumer Code, art. L215-1).
7. Cancel your contract
You can cancel at any time, free of charge, in three clicks: “Cancel your contract” button in your profile, at the bottom of every page, or at puzclic.com/#resilier (art. L215-1-1). Check your contract details, then confirm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no new charge; an email confirms the end date. You can also write to the publisher.
8. Right of withdrawal · “Withdraw from the contract here”
- You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason (art. L221-18).
- You asked for Puzclic+ to start right away. The law would allow charging for the part already used (art. L221-25); Puzclic waives this: withdrawals are refunded in full.
- How: “Withdraw from the contract here” button in your profile during the 14 days (immediate acknowledgement by email), or send the form below, or any clear statement, to [[email protected]].
- The refund goes to the card used, no later than 14 days after withdrawal (art. L221-24). Puzclic+ access then stops.
- A renewal does not open a new withdrawal period.

L224-25-12 and following). You can ask for the service to be brought into conformity, free and within a reasonable time; failing that, a price reduction or termination with a refund of the unused period. 11. Minors and governing law
Minors need a parent's permission before subscribing. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
